The magical moment!
We are pleased to announce that our family is growing! We had been on the adoption waiting list for 7 months for a 2nd child and we received the call on March 5 at the end of the day for an instant placement, a magical moment! So we left the next morning to meet our little girl. After an emotional meeting with birth family, we are so exited to meet her, we felt instantly in love!
We present you Émeraude (Emerald in english), Alya, Océanne, a wonderful 2,980kg baby girl born March 4, 2021 at 3:28 pm in Red Deer. She stayed one week in Nicu and after that we finally go home and Glover, our son, could meet her, he was so excited to become a big brother!
We are overjoyed even if the nights are very short! Love is Love!
We want to thank Mackenzie and the whole staff at Adoption Options for all the support, compassion and kindness during this precious and emotional moment. We are grateful for Emeraude’s birth mom and her auntie Chelsey for selecting us, for their kindness and the ongoing relationship we have with them.
