We are Patrick and Stacey Schiller and we wanted to share our birth announcement with you!
It’s been years of waiting, hoping and praying to become parents and on March 11 our dream came true and our prayers were answered!
One thing I’ve learned over these difficult years of praying and hoping is that the things we take for granted are the exact same things that others are heartbroken for. Our hearts and prayers are with all those who are waiting for an answer to their prayers.
Stacey and I received the answer to our prayer through open adoption! We are unbelievably grateful to all of the amazing people at Adoption Options who guided us on our path to this day, especially to our social worker Amanda for her support.
We are overjoyed and at a loss for words to describe our birth mom. She is courageous and loving beyond words, and our hearts are full of love for her and for her whole family!
Here is our beloved daughter, Kiara Larissa Schiller! She arrived on March 11 at 11:59am and we have spent every moment since in awe of the gift of her life. Thank you to everyone who has prayed for us over these many years, especially our friends and family.
