We could not be more thrilled to introduce Linden James Setchell born September 25th weighing 5.7lbs and lovingly placed in our arms the following day on September 26th.
After three years of patiently waiting and hoping, we received the call from Sheryl sharing the news that we had been chosen for an instant placement. With hearts racing, we canceled our Saturday plans, dropped our pup off at the dog sitters, and immediately headed to Lethbridge to meet with Anneke and Linden’s incredible birth parents.
There are no words to describe how thankful we are to Linden’s thoughtful and caring birth parents for such an amazing gift. Thank you to the NICU nurses at the Chinook Regional Hospital who patiently walked us through caring for baby Linden during his three night stay there. Finally, a huge thank you to Sheryl, Anneke, Mackenzie and the Adoption Options team for supporting us throughout this incredible process.
2020 will always be our favourite year!
